"there are other agencies which provide much better service at an even cheaper price. rented a car from budget for a day and was told to deliver it at the exact same time the next day. went there in time and the sales person had forgotten to inform us to come an hour earlier as it was weekend, so we had to deliver it at another branch. my place is right next to the branch i initially rented from, so i was very disappointed having to drive to the other side of town. they messed up so they should have let me deliver it at opening hours the next day or reduce the rate by the cost of a taxi back home. on top of it all the sales woman claimed that the worker (driver) who checks the car had informed us on the way out to get the car when i complained. he barely spoke english and its def not his job to inform us.. she made a mistake which is perfectly normal, but there were no efforts to make up for it. "
